BioElectronics Corporation (OTC: BIEL) announced today the commercial launch of ActiPatch in Taiwan through its appointed distributor, Aphrodite Medical Group. The move expands the reach of the drug-free, non-invasive pain therapy device into a new market, challenging traditional pharmaceutical approaches to pain management.
ActiPatch is a US FDA-cleared medical device that delivers pulsed shortwave therapy to modulate pain at the peripheral nerve level.
