The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) announced that its Homeowners Outreach Program Enterprise (HOPE) Grant recently provided assistance to a qualified homeowner facing financial hardship. Through the grant, AACM covered the homeowner's community assessments for a one-year period, reducing financial strain and enabling the individual to remain an active member of their community.
The HOPE Grant, established by AACM members and affiliate partners, aims to give back by providing financial support or property maintenance assistance to homeowners experiencing challenges that affect their ability to meet HOA obligations or maintain their homes. The program reflects AACM's commitment to supporting communities and those in need.
"Our communities are our neighbors, families, and friends. It is AACM's honor to give back and help those in need," said Deborah Rudd, Executive Director of AACM. Qualified homeowners experiencing hardship may apply through their community manager, with applications reviewed based on established HOPE Grant criteria. To be eligible, the community must be managed by an AACM member company.
